PCA SOUTH AFRICA, for bodybuilding and fitness – one that puts the athletes first – has been formed with the primary goal: The Evolution of Physical Culture.
The PCA will continually MOVE FORWARD, INNOVATE and IMPROVE.
PCA SOUTH AFRICA is open to all AMATEUR bodybuilding and fitness competitors of varied experience and will be running numerous qualifying events next year.
2023 sees the PCA SOUTH AFRICA expanding, including Pro Show events with selections to Overseas competitions, namely the 900 strong athlete attendances at the PCA Universe & British FINALS. Anyone will be eligible to become a member as long as they adhere to some basic and fair rules.
